About Us equatics is a trading styles of G & V Edkins t/a Finns Aquaria (GB), we are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalog and click on 'Buy It Now' by any items that you wish to buy to put it into your shopping cart. To edit or remove items from your shopping cart click on "Adjust Order". After you have finished your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you have any problems with our online ordering process please let us know. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any item or order without giving reason. All items subject to availability.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JBL, Delta, Maestro, Solo & Switch, but not Electron..

We also accept PayPal payments.

Shipping And Handling We do not charge for shipping to addresses within the UK. We do not deliver to addresses outside the UK. We do not deliver aquariums. We use recycled packaging materials wherever possible.
Delivery Schedule We attend to your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order within 3 working days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You can cancel any back order that will exceed our usual delivery schedule.
Tax Charges We are not VAT registered, therefor VAT WILL NOT BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.
Credit Card Security For your assurance of card security all of your card payments made at our site are processed by PayPal or Barclays.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee in addition to the manufacturers 12 month guarantee.

Goods that are returned within 30 days, unused and undamaged in original packaging will be fully refunded under our no quibble guarantee, we will refund the purchase price of the goods but not your return costs. In the case of faulty goods returned within 30 days we will replace the item or refund the purchase price, which ever you request, and refund your standard Royal Mail return costs. We advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit as we will not refund goods that are lost or damaged, the cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office counter at the time of posting. Refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and is provided by edkins aquatics.
